+ HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE SERVICE?

Ace Pool and Spa offers several different service plans to tend to your unique schedule and preferences. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend weekly service for those who use their pool more than 3 times per week in the summer. Bi-Weekly service can be adequate for weekend pool users or homeowners who wish to maintain their pool on the off weeks.

+ DO I HAVE TO BE HOME DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

No. Our number one priority is to provide you with a premium and luxurious pool service experience however that looks for you. When you your service is complete, you will receive a Pool Service Report to your email with a description of the completed service and a picture of the pool. This ensures your peace of mind and ability to always be aware when someone is at your home when you are not.

+ DO I HAVE TO SIGN A SERVICE CONTRACT?

No. At Ace Pool and Spa, our service speaks for itself. If we are not providing the premium service promised to you, you deserve someone who will. You can also change service recurrence mid-season at no additional charge. Just let a member of our administrative team know.

+ DO CHEMICALS COST EXTRA?

No! All chemicals (excluding salt) are always included in the flat rate for service. No hidden fees or extra charges.

+ HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DRAIN MY HOT TUB?

For standard residential families, we recommend once every 3 months.

For short-term rental properties, we recommend once every month.

+ WHEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY LINER?

On average, vinyl liners last between 6 and 15 years.

Typical signs of an aging liner are cracking, fading, stretching, and leaking. If you suspect a leak in your liner, give us a call to schedule a leak detection service.

If you are interesting in purchasing a new liner, give us a call to schedule a complimentary liner measurement, or look at our style guides to find the right liner for you!

+ MY POOL IS GREEN! WHAT DO I DO?

Green or algae-filled pools are usually the result of unbalanced water chemistry or faulty/broken equipment. If your pool is starting to resemble a swamp, it is time to schedule a Magic Algae Treatment. This service includes extreme water treatment, equipment diagnosis, algae and sludge removal, and one free follow-up cleaning guaranteeing a clean pool in under 2 weeks!

+ WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

Ace Pool and Spa proudly serves the following areas:

Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Nashville, Bellevue, Mt. Juliet, and Hendersonville.

We do not currently service Lebanon, Gallatin, Murfreesboro, Thompson's Station, Dickson, Ashland City, or White House.

+ WHEN SHOULD I OPEN/CLOSE MY POOL?

There is never a "bad" time to open or close a pool. However, the most popular months are April for opening and October for closing.

+ DO I HAVE TO CLOSE MY POOL FOR THE WINTER SEASON?

No. If you would prefer to keep you pool open during the winter, that is a perfectly acceptable option as long as it remains running at all times.

+ HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY POOL DURING THE WINTER SEASON?

If you would like to keep your pool open year-round, but don't want the work, Ace Pool and Spa offers recurring cleaning services during the winter months.

As long as your pool remains on and runs continuously, winter maintenance is painless. Brushing, skimming, and vacuuming are rarely needed - cold temperatures prevent algae growth and bare trees keep pools leaf-free. Chemicals need balancing, on average, once-a-month. Salt is never needed until temperatures reach 65°.

Please note that if temperatures fall below 35° and your system is idle, there is a high possibility of pipes freezing and bursting. If you expect freezing temperatures, **ensure your pool is running continuously. **

Ace Pool and Spa charges $400 for an algae treatment. Some pools will require more than the one included follow up due to the condition of the pool. Additional follow ups will be billed at $70 per visit.

+ how much is a pool opening

Pool opening cost is $475 after March. In the month of march only Ace pool and spa is offering pool opening service for $398.
